The Nalywaiko’s, consisting of Amanda, Kadence, Kalia, and Matthew, also known as NalyWaly, is a boutique winery. We take pride in sourcing our grapes from Amanda’s family, Todd Family Vineyards, and collaborating with our friends at Wine Works. This partnership has allowed us to create an exceptional, naturally made Pinot with a personal touch.  Join us on a flavorful journey and discover the essence of our NalyWaly Pinot.

What is Natural Wine?

Modern factory farming techniques have become pervasive in the wine industry.  Chemical additives are used to force wines to form according to the winemaker’s will, but we believe wine has plenty of will on its own.  If you don't interfere, wine will make itself. That's the way wine was first made 8000 years ago. Natural Wine means, adding nothing to the wine through out the entire process. No added yeast, no acid, no water, no preservatives.  Just wine as nature intended.
